Long-term

Your card is not just for a trip; it can be used over and over again (until the expiration date shown on the card), and only needs to be recharged for your next trip ^.

If there has been no activity on your card (such as a product purchase, an ATM cash withdrawal, or a reload) for 12 months or longer, you will have to pay an inactivity fee if there is a balance on the card.

This is indicated in the Commissions and limits table .

^ Subject to card limits

Keeping you informed

Before using your card, here are some things you should check.

  1. Is there enough money on the card for the purchase or for the cash withdrawal you want to make?
  2. Are you using the correct PIN? The “ How…? ”Quoted above tells you how to get a reminder
  3. Does the merchant or ATM accept MasterCard® cards?
  4. Is the operation within the maximum limits of the card? - for example, the maximum daily amount you can spend in a store. These limits are shown in the Commissions and limits table . Also, some ATMs may have their own limits.
