Contested Transactions

If you have a question about a transaction on your MasterCard Multi-currency Cash Passport prepaid card, please call the 24-hour Card Service Center immediately, and in any case no later than 30 days after the date of the transaction.

The Card Service Center will be happy to verify and confirm the transaction details for you.

If there is an incorrect transaction, the Card Service Center can dispute it on your behalf.

Please help the Card Service Center to assist you by providing as much information as possible.

Once they receive your inquiry, they will send you an acknowledgment and tell you if they need more details.

You can enter 'My account' if you want to:

  • check your balance (s)
  • transfer money between currencies
  • view your transaction history
  • edit your personal data

For a PIN reminder or to report your card lost, stolen or damaged, you can call the Card Service Center at any time.

  • Lost, stolen or damaged cards
  • Questions regarding transactions on your MasterCard Multi-currency Cash Passport prepaid card or questions about your balance
